  Bought 4 new wheels and tyres in late January, after less than 1000 k's the centre cap came off one of them, thought "No big deal" I will call them and get another ordered in. Rang and spoke to Phil who told me to just bring vehicle in and he would sort it, took vehicle in to be told by Phil that everyone was at lunch and to come back later, left if a couple of hours and came back to be told he was too busy and they didn't have any. No offer of ordering one in just told to try another Bob Jane store. If this is the usual after sales service then I will not be taking my other vehicles there. My time is valuable too, I paid several thousand dollars for these wheels/tyres and would have expected a little more help.
  
  Edit: Received a follow up call from Phil who explained that due to staff shortages due to covid that on this occasion they fell short, I appreciate this call and have changed my rating to reflect that and understand that covid shortages have effected every business and will give them another chance for my BMW shortly.

  Efficient and professional service from the team. Easily the best wheel alignments I have had on my 2 vehicles in decades!! Very good!

  Super Impressed great service .The Manager David was great to deal with, even though i had no idea about tire or wheels he made it so easy. I LOVE the new wheels and tires. Thanks heaps highly recommended.

  Be ready for the perfect combo - Fishy business, sloppy work and bad attitude. Dropped off my car to replace all 4 tyres. What I got at the end of the day - 3 missing bolts and 4 missing bolt caps, all alloy valve caps replaced with plastic ones. When I asked for an explanation the friendly store manager refused to check the workshop told me to leave.

  Bad customer service, seriously.
  Bossy lol and not friendly at all.
  Everyone would have different experience I believe, but in my case, it wasn't great.
  I asked for a discount and if not accepted, all good and I'd understand (I enjoy the conversation). Instead I was given a bad look lol
  I like friendly service and this is not the place for me.
