- Connie Attard Added July 12, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We bought off the plan in a co-development by Cunic's Brett Cooper & Young and Co Property. We were with the development for 18 months and when we reached sunset date they cancelled the contract. Very shortly afterwards the house we purchased was sold to someone else at a much higher price. Draw your own conclusions as to why they cancelled our contract. Thankfully there are laws in some states to protect purchasers from this sort of thing - hopefully Tasmania will soon follow.
