  I have been at this gym for 3 years and absolutely love it! The classes help me keep motivated, the instructors are really friendly and supportive. Before signing up I felt really intimidated walking into a gym but I feel so comfortable walking into FFF it's a really great community of like minded women and I've not only increased my fitness but also made some great friends!

  Great gym till you want to cancel your membership. Had a extremely bad experience with the gym. Due to financial hardship had to transfer my membership to a 'new member'. I had place an ad on gumtree, found a girl, organized the transfer with the gym, paid the $80 fee and was upfront about my financial standing. Told the girl I could no longer aford the gym and was the only reason I was transferring. However thr gym kept taking gym fees from my account for a month and a half. I was charged a dishonour fee from the bank due my account not having funds ($30 of fees). I rang many of times to stop payments but they continue. It was extremely hard to talk to the manager to sort out the problem. I ended up canceling my account and the bank waivered the fees. I was extremely upset and little was done to fix the issue. Two months later I only just received the cheque in the mail for return fees.

  Made the move to Feel Good and I'm loving the Les Mills classes and motivating instructors!

  Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! I tried to transfer my membership (due to moving out of Hobart!) And no one at FeelGood would help me at all and deleted my Facebook posts to try to find someone to transfer to. Completely unsupportive, unfriendly staff and terrible policy !! It cost me $220 to cancel my membership.
  There is NO aircon which means the gym is often too hot to workout. None of the staff have any clue as to how much the weights are in most of the machines (they only have random numbers on them?!), And not ONCE in over 6 months did any staff member contact me to ask how I was going or check in with me and my goals. Totally uninspiring and unfriendly.
  Just cannot believe that they wouldn't even help me (and a new member) out by helping me organise to transfer to someone. Total rip offs.
