- Meredith Holden Added April 09, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Staff are always knowledgeable and happy to help. Sometimes hard to find a staff member if it's busy but when you do they are excellent. Sometimes items are out of stock but usually not long until back in stock.
- Dave Oxley Added April 07, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Use to go all the time I then needed to buy a laptop computer for my business so this was my first go to place however when I went to enquire I tried to signal a couple of staff members who couldn’t be bothered helping me in fact when I asked one of them walked straight past me to someone else. I feel if I was wearing nice clothes they might have taken me more seriously. so I then went to Harvey Norman who were much more helpful and I walked out after about 10 minutes with $3000 worth of gear

- Graeme Poole Added March 27, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The JB store in Hobart is a sprawling affair and always busy. My experience has reflected this in that staff are not inclined to spend too long with you. That can be a good thing. Staff do seem to have good product knowledge and product range is very good. In my experience, I have not had any sales pressure.
