  Walked in there tonight at 9.15 as tables were out and two people being served, we didn't get through the door when a girl from behind counter yelled loudly we',re closed sorry. That's ok but that's not descent customer service, it's quiet rude really. Do these young girls even realise where their wages come from. Really???? The place was lit up, tables and chairs still out passed other people coming out as we tried to enter and there were two customers being served. So these girls need to learn RESPECT. Terrible

  Went in tonight at around 9:50, was greeted with smiling faces of the girls serving behind the counter. The customer service was great and the thick shake and small take home was delightful! Very happy with my purchase. Doing a very good job girls, well done

  Coming from Adelaide where there is no cold rock, this was a very disappointing experience after trying for the first time. The ice cream tasted good other than the fact that it was way overfilled and it was dripping all over me. However, the service was absolutely terrible to myself, my sister and my mum. Both the girls were judgemental and rude and cold all because we were excited to try the ice cream. I asked them about something that was on their menu and they looked like they had no idea what i was talking about even though it was on the board behind them. Really disappointing. Good customer service would be engaging towards their customers not completing ignoring and blatantly judging us just because we were excited to try the icecream.

  Cold Rock was excellent today. The ice cream was delicious and made quick and very well. I was speaking to Sara and she greeted me with a warm and positive attitude. I thought the welcome and service was unmatched and the ice cream was a cherry on top!
