The staff went beyond what you would expect and not only upgraded us to the most stunning room but also were very accommodating to my partners requests of having 24 red roses, champagne, chocolates and a gift for me all set out in the room prior to us arriving.
Every staff member we came across seemed to know it was our anniversary and took the time out to wish us well.
We ate at the restaurant there and the food and service was DEVINE! They even gave us a glass of sparkling wine on the house to celebrate.
From the concierge to the reception staff upon checkout it was such a great experience. Such lovely, attentive and happy staff members! Well done Macq1! We will be back!
