  Simm Wolf handled the sale of our business from go to whoa. It was a complex job involving creation of a detailed Contract of Sale and a property lease. Curtis Browne was our contact and did a marvellous job. The whole task ran over a period of approx. 6 months and Curtis was there every time circumstances required his input. There were a number of key dates when information was required or documents were to be provided and he didn't miss a beat. We felt comforted that he was in our corner.
  
  I would have no hesitation in using the service again and would strongly recommend Simmons Wolfhagen to others in need of this type of service.

  Leonie at Simmons Wolfhagen has recently dealt with the settlement of a property for myself and my husband, plus two properties for my daughter and son in-law, both with their individual challenges and happening simultaneously of one another. Leonie was always very responsive of any questions we had, and constantly went above and beyond to help us all stay informed, whilst ensuring we understood the information she was relaying. Leonie made the process a seamless one, which for my daughter and her husband in particular, would not have been an easy task.
