She laughed at us when we opted out of paying for extras that had not been made clear on the online booking. She also exchanged glances and negative comments with the colleague she was supposed to be training who was serving us. Was shocked at how blatantly disrespectful she was. The only poor customer service we received in our entire trip to Tasmania. Will avoid Thrify as a result even though the car itself was quite good. Plenty of other options in the airport.
