The ANZ call centre recommended I speak to the Hobart branch to find out if they had the currency I needed to purchase before travelling. I was given the 6108 3500 number. I left a message as requested and received no reply. I continued to try to ring over a 10 minute period (I assume the phone was ringing somewhere in the building?). The phone was not picked up. David from ANZ Liverpool St Hobart has been so helpful when we were kinda let down from the Launceston branch. David has made sure that everything was well, he accommodated us very well in everything we need and has made me and my husband feel secure. Thank you David for your great service!
