    We bought off the plan in a co-development by Cunic's Brett Cooper & Young and Co Property. We were with the development for 18 months and when we reached sunset date they cancelled the contract. Very shortly afterwards the house we purchased was sold to someone else at a much higher price. Draw your own conclusions as to why they cancelled our contract. Thankfully there are laws in some states to protect purchasers from this sort of thing - hopefully Tasmania will soon follow.

    I could not recommend Cunic Homes more. Throughout our build experience the whole team always went above and beyond to help and ensure any query or request was satisfied. Our build experience with Cunic was made enjoyable thanks to their fantastic customer service and knowledge.

    Will, Jess and the whole Cunic Homes teams are absolutely fantastic! Throughout our whole building experience with Cunic they were always helpful, professional and went out of their way to assist our requests. Their customer service and quality is second to none and I could not recommend them anymore!
