  Absolutely fantastic! The technician who came to our home was lovely to deal with. They installed an oven and did an impeccably good job - clean, professional, tidy and efficient.

  Overpriced, unresponsive, misleading.
  Called up to have a newly installed Hot Water Cylinder wired to switch board, was told on the phone it would be a quick job that should be completed that afternoon, asked about costs and was advised couldn't say on the phone. Electrician attended for about 15 minutes, I told him what I needed as mentioned on the phone, he looked and said he doesn't have the parts (20m wire and new safety switch), would need to do a quote and return with the parts. I agreed but stated I needed it done ASAP as I need hot water... Ignored for 8 days despite calling multiple times. Finally got an outrageous quote of $550+GST and told they could do it in a weeks time. On top of this slapped with $110 call out fee for the initial attendance where the bloke did nothing but turn off the switch (I live in the city).
  
  Called another local electrician who came out 3 days later with all the parts and did the job in 30 minutes for $340 all inclusive... Energy Solutions absolute waste of time and money.

  We would NOT recommend Energy Solutions. Our experience was very disappointing. They were supposed to install an air conditioning unit. A price had been fixed but when they turned up they tried to charge an extra $500 . The technician that turned up was abrupt and unfriendly. His attitude was disgusting from the the minute he arrived. On calling Energy Solutions to complain they were unapologetic and told us it was not their problem now as they had advised the tech to leave the job. Luckily the company We used to book these services were able to get someone else to come and have a look at this install.In addition they were also not happy with the service we received and advised that the additional work should not cost an extra $500. They also pointed out a potential HSE issue which Energy Solutions did not pick up on as they were not interested. We have been encouraged us to report Energy Solutions for their conduct. If your after a friendly efficient service Energy Solutions are NOT the company for you.
