Both times I’ve been, I was waiting upwards of 15 minutes before I realised they had forgotten about my simple order and I had to remind them. The first time it happened the lady was lovely an offered me a refund but the second time there was no apology or anything, even after making my order incorrectly. I would avoid this particular store in future.
