I had my 12 weeks pregnancy ultrasound at Radiology Tasmania Hobart city branch a couple of weeks ago. I am sorry to say that I am not satisfied with the way they serve me at all. The reception staff is good. The young lady together with another adult lady who performed my scan was very unfriendly. Kept me and my husband for more than 1 and a half an hour. The adult lady was very rude, did not answer the questions I asked. That was a so emotional situation for me and my husband since this pregnancy is my first one. We were excited at that moment to see our baby. So, I will never come to the Hobart radiology city branch for any reason in future and wanted to share my story so as to take this sort of discrimination into account before it happens to someone in the future. - LeanneC44 Added January 29, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★My husband recently had an mri that he was rather worried about.
The staff in that department were absolutely wonderful, bubbly and very helpful with his preparation. This was nice to see as we've had bad experiences else where. Also the young blonde receptionist was also very good.highly recommend.
