  This was the best and easiest car hire we have had. The booking process was very quick and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier and they were the best value, without any unexpected costs. We would highly recommend Drive Car Hire Hobart.

  We had a bit of a rocky start for our car hire. Upon arriving at the Drive Car Hire lockbox, the keys were missing and there was no sign of the Nissan we hired. While I was cursing in the parking lot, my wife calmly contacted Drive Car Hire and it turned out the car was delayed for drop-off due a multi-car accident on the highway. So after grabbing a cup of coffee, a Drive Car Hire rep finally arrived with our car, very apologetic about the delay, and soon we were on our way.
  
  The car was in immaculate condition for our Tassie road trip and we didn’t have a single issue while on the road. Dropping it off in Launceston was so simple and easy.
  
  I will say I was initially doubtful over Drive Car Hire’s concept, and tried to sway my wife to book a bigger named car rental brand. But honestly, Drive Car Hire took out all the hassle that is usually associated with renting cars, and I would wholeheartedly use Drive Car Hire again next time I’m in Tassie.

  Above and beyond service!
  When I mistakenly booked the car-hire the wrong week, they sorted me out the next morning, even sending someone to pick me up from my accommodation. Very happy with the vehicle as well.

  I booked a car hire service with this company for 5 days during the Christmas period. My experience was positive. After the booking, they were proactive and generous to offer me a free upgrade due to unavailability of my selected car. On the day I picked up the car, the process was quick and car was presented in a very nice and clean condition. Staff was very friendly and honest about the existing damages of the car before signing. It was also a easy return without any hassle. I do strongly recommend this company and I definitely will use their service next time.
